If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may offer to resend the order. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer must contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If a replacement shipment is sent and cannot be delivered again, Leaves of Dawn reserves the right to issue a refund for the product value. Any handling or reshipment costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be deducted from the refund.

SECTION 21 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Leaves of Dawn to automatically renew and charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen at checkout.
Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder allowing you to pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your upcoming order.
Changes must be made before the renewal date to avoid charges.
Once a renewal order is confirmed, it enters our automated logistics process and cannot be modified or cancelled manually.
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with EU law by returning the unopened box within 14 days after delivery following the instructions on our Returns Page.
SECTION 22 - ECOCHEQUES
Leaves of Dawn accepts ecocheques only for one-time purchases.
Ecocheques cannot be used for subscriptions or recurring orders.
Leaves of Dawn reserves the right to modify payment method conditions according to applicable legislation.
