General rules for the return and refund of orders purchased through our website.

As these are hygiene products, we will not accept returns of products whose packaging (original product box) has been opened or tampered with.

However, you have the right under the law as a consumer to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, without having to give any reason, and the product must be in its original packaging (original product box) in its original condition and sealed for hygiene reasons.

To proceed with the return, send us an e-mail to: returns@leavesofdawn.com, giving us your order number (you can find it in your purchase confirmation e-mail), so that we can process your return and refund you. The cost of sending the return will be the responsibility of the buyer (customer) and will therefore not be refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it can take some time (7 to 10 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund

Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the product to arrive back to us.

If you receive your order and find that the packaging has been damaged, please contact us at return@leavesofdawn.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can resolve the problem as best we can.

CASES OF DEFECT

We work hard to offer high quality products to our customers, but we know that nobody is perfect. If one of our products has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a refund or replacement of the product*, please send an e-mail to returns@leavesofdawn.com, giving us your order number (you can find it in your purchase confirmation e-mail). If possible, please attach a photo of the current state of the product and tell us what the problem is, so that we can detect where the fault lies and do our best to fix it next time.

Upon receipt of your e-mail we will provide you with a return address label. All you need to do is print out the label and attach it securely to the box (after removing the original delivery instructions), then leave it at a collection point.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.

*In the case of special or limited edition products that are out of stock, we may be able to offer an equivalent product for replacement.
